RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to adore your QWEEN pieces, but if they don't meet your expectations, we're happy to offer a full refund. Just ensure the item is in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact (if applicable).
HOW TO RETURN
You have a window of 14 days from receiving your item to initiate a return.
Here's how:
- Contact Us: Shoot us an email at info@qween.com.au to request a return. Include your name, the item/s you're sending back, and your order number.
- Await Instructions: We'll promptly reply with all the details you need to finalise your return, along with the return address.
- Ship It Back: Package the item/s securely and ship them to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure you obtain a tracking number for your peace of mind, as we will not be liable for undelivered return parcels.
- We'll Handle the Rest: Once your return arrives at our shipping address, we'll process it within 3 business days.
